When we decided to invest in Florida real estate, we were fortunate to have contacted Marilyn on line about a few listings. We contacted other realtors also, but Marilyn was customer-focused from our initial conversation with her. Finding the right rental property took us longer than we had anticipated, but Marilyn stayed with us through the long course of looking at many properties.  We didn't have a successful contract by the time we came north, so she continued to preview properties for us, sending valuable listing information and photos that she had personally taken of the properties to supplement the on-line information that was available. She never complained or made us feel that we were monopolizing too much of her time.  As we negotiated, she monitored the transaction closely and with our best interests at heart. We made an offer on a condo, it was accepted, and Marilyn was extremely helpful during the entire process. 

After signing the contract, she even went back to the property, took additional interior shots for us and promptly e mailed them so that we could see what we had bought.  What is extraordinary is that she did this during the throes of a hurricane! Her photos confirmed that she was putting herself in harms way all for the sake of her clients!   (The photos depicted trees and outdoor furniture being overcome by gale-force winds but fortunately it wasn't a major hurricane).  We did ask her to stay home the next time the wind churned like that.

A series of unexpected changes in my life (death of a parent, need to care for a wheel chaired parent and a divorce in less than 90 days) lead to an immediate need for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo to accommodate myself, and aging father and my 6 year old daughter. 

I found Marilyn on the internet, called her and explained the situation. The order was tough, because I wanted to be close to my daughters school, not to close, or to too far, to the ex wife, needed to rent dads smaller condo, and wanted to purchase the new condo as a 1031 exchange property.  She jumped right on it, listened to my needs, stayed focused and found me the absolute perfect condo, great location, negotiated the purchase of the furniture from the seller, handled the 1031 and then to beat all that, arranged for the seller to rent dads condo.
